Analysis and workshop

Every idea has the potential to become a great idea. We use a workshop approach in which we analyse, validate and shape ideas to attain the best possible outcome. During one or more day-long interactive sessions, our experts identify your desires and constraints to give shape to the “stories” (individual functions and features) defining your project.

2 / 12

Defining the road map

We define a clear road map together with the client, in which all the functions identified during the previous stage are organised by priority and grouped into “macro functions”.

3 / 12

MVP

The Minimum Viable Pack/Product is an initial set of functions constructed to meet all the minimum requirements identified by the workshop, and capable of conveying the value of the product to the end user. The MVP lays the groundwork for the subsequent development of all future evolutions.

4 / 12

Strategic validation / Strategic tech support

Strategic validation is a key step in the process, which confirms the validity of the MVP from both a technology and a business perspective. In this step, we first assess the innovation and technical feasibility of the project itself, and then work to ensure that it meets the strategic goals defined in the business plan.

5 / 12

Wireframe for flow management

The workflows involved are reconstructed in a clear and intuitive visual form, which allows for correction and modification where necessary.

6 / 12

Business blueprint

Definition and delivery to the client of the Business Blueprint, the technical specification document containing detailed descriptions of every step in the realisation of the project, which is needed to estimate costs and time frames.

7 / 12

Identifying the work method

On the basis of the analytical activities conducted in the first phase, the most appropriate work methods for the development of your project will be chosen and agreed upon together with you. A project may be assigned to our “Qualitivity Lab” or to a member or a group of members of our team (who will provide you with either remote or on-site support) or, alternatively, we can provide a service to coordinate and train your own personnel, to let you realise your project in-house.

8 / 12

Mock-ups and prototyping

A number of milestones are defined for each project. These are gateways at which progress is evaluated to approve continuation to the next step in development. The first milestone is the creation of mock-ups and prototypes, which are used to gain an impression of the state of development and highlight any initial changes needed, including graphic improvements, to ensure an effective and efficient UX (user experience).

9 / 12

Iterative development

At the heart of the project is the actual development itself, which takes shape in the skilled hands of our professional team. In keeping with our company philosophy, which is founded on the agile work method, the entire development process is organised into subsequent iterations with continuous validation and checks.

10 / 12

Devops/testing

All of our projects are geared to maximise automation in every process from configuration to publication, while we also believe strongly in the use of automatic testing to ensure maintainability and evolution. From a business perspective, this offers advantages in terms of time, as a result of automation, and cost, as it reduces the debugging necessary and the risk of introducing regression bugs.

11 / 12

Business accelerators

Business accelerators are programmes that can maximise the efficiency of your project and your idea. Integrating them into the development flow offers a three-fold advantage, not only saving time and costs, but also – and most importantly – delivering a product that is already extensively tested and performs impeccably.

Support and maintenance

Once development comes to an end, beyond the initially agreed release period, during which we will be on-call to provide help and support if needed, you can choose to extend your working relationship with us by opting for a continuous support and maintenance service (with a duration and terms of delivery to be defined and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis).

    Developing ideas

Our services are intended for both start-ups and consolidated businesses with a new idea, a project just waiting to be taken further or a product they want to develop. Want to find out more?

At Giuneco, we nurture a new idea from its inception. Our experience in this area gives us the tools we need to offer a business-oriented approach complemented by the skills of the technicians of our “Qualitivity Lab”, who keep continuously up to date with the latest developments in technology.

We work alongside the client in every step of their project, from initial analysis, definition of the idea and identification of the best technological solution possible to practical implementation.

    Work method

The process we apply to achieve results is made up of two distinct phases, each consisting of clearly defined steps and organised in accordance with the AGILE work method and philosophy.
