Analysis and workshop

Every idea has the potential to become a great idea. We use a workshop approach in which we analyse, validate and shape ideas to attain the best possible outcome. During one or more day-long interactive sessions, our experts identify your desires and constraints to give shape to the “stories” (individual functions and features) defining your project.

Defining the road map

We define a clear road map together with the client, in which all the functions identified during the previous stage are organised by priority and grouped into “macro functions”.

3 / 9

MVP

The Minimum Viable Pack/Product is an initial set of functions constructed to meet all the minimum requirements identified by the workshop, and capable of conveying the value of the product to the end user. The MVP lays the groundwork for the subsequent development of all future evolutions.

4 / 9

Business blueprint

Definition and delivery to the client of the Business Blueprint, the technical specification document containing detailed descriptions of every step in the realisation of the project, which is needed to estimate costs and time frames.

Identifying the work method

Once we have defined the goals and gained an understanding of your business, we can decide the most appropriate work method for your case. The options available include: a mentor assisting your team in its growth, a dedicated Giuneco team working alongside you either on-site or in an Agile work model, or other bespoke solutions created for your specific needs.

6 / 9

Iterative development

At the heart of the project is the actual development itself, which takes shape in the skilled hands of our professional team. In keeping with our company philosophy, which is founded on the agile work method, the entire development process is organised into subsequent iterations with continuous validation and checks.

7 / 9

Devops/testing

All of our projects are geared to maximise automation in every process from configuration to publication, while we also believe strongly in the use of automatic testing to ensure maintainability and evolution. From a business perspective, this offers advantages in terms of time, as a result of automation, and cost, as it reduces the debugging necessary and the risk of introducing regression bugs.

8 / 9

Business accelerators

Business accelerators are programmes that can maximise the efficiency of your project and your idea. Integrating them into the development flow offers a three-fold advantage, not only saving time and costs, but also – and most importantly – delivering a product that is already extensively tested and performs impeccably.

Support and maintenance

Once development comes to an end, beyond the initially agreed release period, during which we will be on-call to provide help and support if needed, you can choose to extend your working relationship with us by opting for a continuous support and maintenance service (with a duration and terms of delivery to be defined and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis).

    Evolving technologies and products

We can support any business that needs to evolve existing technological products or software. Want to find out more?

At Giuneco we’re fully aware that the technological world is constantly changing and evolving. This is why we implement internal training programmes to keep us up to date with the latest progress at all times. This lets our teams give your business the support it needs, analysing your current product and then defining and implementing a road map for development that exploits the potential of today’s new technologies (Cloud, Mobile, AI, IOT, etc.) and ensures compliance with the latest industry standards for data security and performance.

    Work method

The process we apply to achieve results is made up of two distinct phases, each consisting of clearly defined steps and organised in accordance with the AGILE work method and philosophy.
